Pandas Thrashed - Jacobs Nets a Hepta in 8-1 Win

It was a night to remember at the Metastadium on Tuesday.  One that ALL fans and players will cherish forever, but one that will be especially memorable for the man who notched the mythical "hepta" - seven goals in one game.  That man?  The one, the only Elmar Jacobs - MFC Judge's No. 7.

"I love scoring - both on and off the pitch" Jacobs told a packed Estelle Estelle Press Room after the match.  "I am always looking for goals, but never in my wildest dreams did I expect to score seven in one match.  My leg is a little sore, but it was worth it.  I am glad that I was able to achieve this performance at home."

Jacobs got the scoring started early for the home side, tallying his first goal of the match just two minutes after kickoff.  Just six minutes later, in the match's 8th minute, Jacobs would score again.  He would complete his hattrick just three minutes later, tally a forth three minutes after that, and add his FIFTH goal of the half on a penalty in the 20th minute.  Goals six and seven would come for Jacobs in the 46th and 60th minutes, respectively, with his final goal coming from the penalty spot.

Goals weren't the only way Jacobs contributed, however.  Indeed, in the 71st minute he played a beautiful ball to Jamie Thorton - in for a resting Isidro Sarmiento - who then converted to extend MFC Judge's lead to 8-1.

Scoring for the visitors was Ferdinando Carlucci.  The Italian striker's 19th minute goal was the sole bright spot in an otherwise dreadful day for Palma Pandas FC.  While it is a day they will do their best to forget, it is one that MFC Judge will remember forever.
